We cruised over new year's eve (on princess....shhhhh[emoji2958]) a few years ago and they were still playing holiday music through the entire week. Awful. It is honestly a deterrent for us to cruise in December.

Tree lighting ceremony on Oasis last night. Captain did the honors.

The tree is up and lit on allure,  also presents inside the car instead of bears. Nothing on Cococay that I saw.

I was disappointed last week on Brilliance.  I hoped the tree would be up on black Friday.  I brought a Christmas dress for my daughter wanted to get some nice pictures but no tree 😞 heard some Christmas music but saw no decorations.  We did Mickey's Merry Christmas party the night before we boarded so it was a bit of a bummer to have no decorations.  Maybe another time will have better luck.....good excuse to plan another trip!

Anthem has a fireplace channel (40) that is playing Christmas music. Cabin beside us has it blasting so they can hear it on their balcony. We can hear it in our master bedroom and bathroom with doors shut.

We were on Thanksgiving cruise on Oasis and it was disappointing that none of the decorations were up. 2 years ago on Allure we were able to take lots of great photos on the same Thanksgiving cruise!
