wesport Posted July 6, 2020 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2020 All of a sudden I stopped receiving the emails from Seabourn. When I go to my preferences, it was now set to opt out. Not sure how that happened. For the life of me I cannot reset it to receive emails. When I reset it to receive emails , It does nothing. I have tried Chrome, Edge, and on my ipad and iphone. I log in and come to three main headings, My Profile, My Bookings, My Cruise History. I guessed I'd find My Preferences under My Profile, but it isn't listed. Also having this problem, for last several days, and no emails either. It is nice to have a break from the usual deluge, but there have been a few important announcements, fortunately posted on here. It says they are "experiencing system issues" and to try again later. At one time that little glitch wouldn't have made me think twice. I wasn't even able to get to My Account for several days. I could log in with my email and password but then I couldn't go anywhere. Well today I got past the log in but when I clicked My Profile, the entire screen switched language to Dutch! Now I couldn't understand a single word so it didn't matter that I was still unable to navigate. To log out, I needed google to translate which header to click. rallydave Posted July 11, 2020 #8 Share Posted July 11, 2020 Had the same issues trying to modify my preferences that had been made incorrectly for me by Seabourn. Sent a note to the Seabourn Club what I wanted the preferences to be and got a response in less than a week that the preferences had been corrected. Checked on line and preferences were now correct.
