I just received an email offer from RCI Casino Royal ...never became a member ...that offered a $100.00 off any booking sailing before Oct 30,2021.

Does this apply to already booked cruises? Aimed at the sunshine state but also says any booking...would it apply to Canada/ New England?

Any booking means that you can book and use it for any cruise within the stated timeframe and prior to the offer expiring. However, you cannot use it for a previously booked cruise. 
 

You automatically became a Casino Royale  member if you inserted your sea pass card in a slot machine.

Their offers are usually for new bookings.   Is the price on your current sailing same, better or worse than when you booked it?  

I have applied new offers to existing bookings but they will use current pricing.

No way to check as my cruise Oct 14, 2021 is a nine nighter which isn't available online to check. However I will say that when I booked it (Dec 2019) I got a Panoramic Oceanview (2 bedroom) for just the two of us at an amazing price...but just thought I would ask...Thanks.

@Sunshine3601is correct.  You can apply the offer to an existing booking; they will just reprice the booking to the current pricing.  I recommend you call Club Royale and ask if you would benefit by repricing and applying the offer.  It doesn’t hurt to ask.  If the agent tells you the offer is just for new bookings (which is technically correct), just thank them, hang up and call back. Eventually you will get an CSR that knows how to check it for you.

I don't think a repricing is what I would want....My price point for this cruise the last time I was able to check before this itinerary was taken down from the website had skyrocketed !!!

I’ll have to remember the repricing option. I asked once to apply an offer to an existing reservation and was denied.

While they haven't cancelled our 9 day cruise in August Royal is currently prohibited from offering for sale anything longer than 7 days.  So calling to either rebook or reprice right now isn't going to do any good.  Wait a few months.  If you got one offer you will certainly get more.

The CDC order prohibiting sailings of longer than 7 days ends Nov 1, 2021.
