I was kind of getting used to Ensenada over the years. There are a couple of fun bars. The Pharmacia's are just as good and less expensive than Cozumel. Critterchick found a great massage place that we never had a chance to try before they stopped sailing. There are some nice vendors out at the blowhole, and it is a nice drive. One of our vans stopped at a liquor store so we could purchase beer and drinks for the ride. On the way out they were building a fancy resort with a swim up bar last time we were there. It is kind of casual place. A little bit dirty, but fun. I wouldn't mind going back to Ensenada. 

 

And being able to fly down the morning of the cruise, without a time change....+++++++

 

We enjoyed wine tasting at La Cetto in Ensenada. The massage....with critterchick....was fun too. Plenty of cool bars/restaurants. To me it's a start and we'll enjoy being able to cruise RCI with a less than 2 hour drive to the port.

I did a shore excursion to there years ago.....when things were not going well.  Our tour bus was escorted to and from by "Federales" with a machine gun mounted on the back of their jeep.  🙀Beautiful countryside!
