Formal night on Princess UK Staycation cruises?

Hello all!  Does anyone know if there will be any formal nights on the UK ‘staycation’ cruises?  Ours is a 4 night one at the beginning of August.

No formal nights as such, but there will be a ‘Dress to Impress’ night instead

Your Travel Summary should tell you

Cannot speak for the 4nt cruises but we are booked on 7nt in September and it is on our booking summary on the website that there are 2 formal nights.

Ah thanks.  I tend to use the Ocean Ready Medallion App and can’t see it on there.  I’ll look at the website ☺️

I’ve looked under travel summary on the website and can’t find it - where did you see it please?

On my Travel Summary it is under the ports listed. 
 

if you do not see any there may not be formal. 
cannot say as this type of cruise is new 

my sailings out of UK people did dress nicely for dining

At the end of Itinerary section, of the travel summary document which it suggests you print together with luggage tags. It’s also on the seacation faqs, linked from an email received

We asked Princess via social media chat as we are on a 4 night at the beginning of August and they said there will probably be a dress to impress night on the staycation cruises, but they did say that would be confirmed before sailing.

Log-in on Princess website then open "Manage this booking" and click on itinerary and it tells you on there.

yes, this is correct. Print the Travel Summary and take it with you.

The above Travel Summary makes sense as I believe Princess only has formal night(s) on cruises of 5+ nights, so the 4-nighter isn't going to have one.

We are also on the Belfast 4 night sailing the 1st of Sept. 

the itinerary as already said says there is no formal nights.

But we in the past have been on a couple of short cruises with Princess and have found that even when one is scheduled most Brits make one night a dress up night anyway. 

This one is no exception as i have my dress picked out and we are packing Hubbies tux.
