Not the greatest sunrise pictures today, because the clouds were a little high. I will still take these views Big lake of the day I found the zamboni driver in the Solarium this morning Here is the morning rainbow. Great review and fun to follow since we are on with you and have been at many of the same events.
Ocean Boy Posted October 29, 2021 #302 Share Posted October 29, 2021 It is so nice when day 7 arrives and you are not all packed up and leaving.
Rare bobmacliberty Posted October 29, 2021 #303 Share Posted October 29, 2021 I mentioned how loud some of the shows were on Allure in Dani's thread. We had to leave one as the sound level was too uncomfortable for Micheline. For the most part, we are not 20 somethings looking for a night out in a club. I think it's time to start mentioning this in the post cruise survey, for whatever good that might do.
Rare bobmacliberty Posted October 29, 2021 #304 Share Posted October 29, 2021 For those looking for a beach on Curacao, we enjoyed a day at Blue Bay Beach a couple of years ago. 4

It makes the show so uncomfortable for me. As far as story line goes, I think sometimes you have to let it go and just take in the visuals. It is kind of like a song that sounds really nice but the lyrics go no where. "The Gift" on Anthem is a good example. I remember people saying that they "don't get it". I was happy just with the visuals.... 5 minutes ago, bobmacliberty said: I mentioned how loud some of the shows were on Allure in Dani's thread. Rare h20skibum Posted October 29, 2021 Author #307 Share Posted October 29, 2021 How about a few more totally random, useful (or useless) things. First of all, I see we are on page 13, so we need more posts to get off the unlucky number. The ship does have a deck 13, if that would happen to be your lucky number. Maybe a useful suggestion for masks, for anyone who wears BTEs. My wife found these elastic bands for masks, so that you can just wear your mask around your neck, and pull it up when needed. It keeps the mask handy. The only thing is, she says it makes me look like a male stripper. I wonder how she knows this? This may have just answered my question about where she disappears to some days. 😀😂 3
Rare h20skibum Posted October 29, 2021 Author #308 Share Posted October 29, 2021 We went up to Windjammers after a walk on the track this morning. After eating there, I told Susan I was going to check out the Two70 cafe. Since it is located aft, on deck 5, I never think about it until it is too late. It looks like they are usually open for breakfast and lunch. Here are some of the breakfast items. I guess this could be a form of food porn. I think I could find something there.

Rare h20skibum Posted October 29, 2021 Author #310 Share Posted October 29, 2021 So this morning, we had a date with…… wait for it……. Here is the lovely Susan, all geared up and practicing the position. Or maybe she was being held up and told to hand over her valuables, since I see they are in her hand. And no, you don’t have to wear the mask in the wind tunnel. 9
Rare h20skibum Posted October 29, 2021 Author #311 Share Posted October 29, 2021 I must admit, she did much better than me. It must be because she is younger and more agile. She even got a little height in her flight We were both surprised at the noise, even with ear plugs, and the force of the wind Like anything, I guess practice would make perfect. It was a fun way to start the day.

Have done it on Anthem, when it was free for all... Got good marks from the "instructor". It was a very loooong minute, didn't enjoy the hard wind on me [1st from left]. YMMV 😉 Edited October 29, 2021 by dani negreanu

There was also a cruise director from Ontario named Mike Hunnerup, if I spelled that correctly. If he is Canadian it wouldn’t have been a swing. 😁 As for your previous question in the review about Mitch, his home town is 20 minutes from my place. It you have Canadian Mike right now, his hometown is about an hour away to the north of me.

I guess it is to calibrate how much wind they need All I know is that from that weigh in, I have some weight to lose after this week. 🤣🤣 Edited October 29, 2021 by h20skibum 2

cindyscruise Posted October 29, 2021 #317 Share Posted October 29, 2021 Mamajuana is a spiced alcoholic drink made by infusing rum, red wine, and honey along with tree bark and herbs. It supposedly originated in the Dominican Republic in the 1950's invented by Jesus Rodriguez. It tastes kind of like port wine. Suppose to have medicinal benefits

Rare h20skibum Posted October 29, 2021 Author #324 Share Posted October 29, 2021 I have never seen anyone using the Bionic Bar.
