A grocery cart handle-bar type stern?  This is not new.  The Grand Class ships of Princess Cruises had that.  The area immediately under it does provide a nice open deck space that is usually well shaded.

It looks like they've taken bits and pieces from other lines. The handle bar in the back, the split decks with inboard cabins from Royal, along with a version of the Ultimate Abyss. My only fear on that ship is the number of passengers. More than the Oasis class and a smaller ship. May be very crowded.

Great pics.

The front of the ship (especially the RS balconies) is where I have a few questions.

Looks like the Bow has been shortened in the photos above compared to the ship renderings, model and videos.

I noticed that, too. I wasn't sure if it was the camera angle. This looks better, imo.

I do not care for the appearance of the bow or the forward superstructure of this ship.  The bow looks appropriate for a bulldozer, not so much for a ship.  (I know.  It's the "latest thing", i.e. fad, in maritime architecture.)

Fabulous pictures I think she will be stunning when completed inside and out. Keep the pictures coming it's great to see it progressing.

I'm very excited about this new class, more than any other new build by any cruise line. Can't wait to sail on her.
