Ellaleah Posted February 1, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 1, 2022 Who do I contact? Also, maybe an email address to praise certain employees for great customer service. Your answers might help me avoiding a 2 hour hold. Thank you.

caribill Posted February 1, 2022 #3 Share Posted February 1, 2022 You should have received an e-mailed after cruise survey which allows you to give praise to individual crew members. At the bottom of https://book.princess.com/captaincircle/customerCare At the bottom of that page is a form to contact Princess about your disputed charge.
Rare Shelly97060 Posted February 1, 2022 #4 Share Posted February 1, 2022 If you email Customer Service regarding billing errors just be aware that responses seem to be taking quite a while and you may be better off calling. The Reps will likely need to transfer you to Guest Relations which will result in another hold time so have your phone fully charged. For crew compliments the post cruise survey has a place for those comments if you haven’t filled those out yet.
riffatsea Posted February 1, 2022 #5 Share Posted February 1, 2022 In the future it is best to watch your bill while you are on board the ship That way you can deal with errors right when they occur You can also call your credit card company as sometimes they will take off small disputed errors just on your word
awhcruiser Posted February 1, 2022 #6 Share Posted February 1, 2022 Good luck. Best to dispute the charge while still on the ship
13cheermom Posted February 1, 2022 #7 Share Posted February 1, 2022 Totally agree about checking while onboard. Had to have spa charge adjusted which was quite substantial once. Mistakes can happen, hopefully with medallions now, less mistakes will be made. Good Luck!
