Another question about Medallion.net

We haven't cruised since 2019 because of covid-19, and we are both Elite, so the medallion net is new for us, as far as having to pay for it.  Our question is if we  are taking a laptop and a  I pad, if we are only using one device at a time do we need to pay for just one device or do we need to pay the price for  multiple devices?

I buy for just one device and log out to switch devices. It's annoying but I am cheap.

the one device plan will be enough...you can even share it with another person, if you only need to be connected occasionally

With what we pay for the cruise, getting our 2 phones and 2 iPads connected isn’t going to break the bank and makes for a better experience. YMMV…😀

We do the same.  It is not difficult to switch devices and login.  My wife has a game she likes to play on her phone.  I check email and news each day for maybe an hour, so she gets the rest of the day pretty much.

If you have the plus fares unlimited 1 device per person is included. If you have the no frills fares then you have to purchase the internet service. Only unlimited service is now sold. As an elite you receive 50% discount for pre purchase. It is a 25% discount if you wait until on board to purchase.

Your choice if you need 1 internet package for the both of you or if you each a package.

You don't need to log out of one device to switch to the other one. You'll need to log in once from each, and then you'll have an option to switch devices when you go back in. Very easy.
