Lobster on 5 nights?

I just returned from a 4-night cruise on Sunshine.  While they did have an elegant night, no free lobster was served on the main menu. 
 

Does Carnival have lobster on 5-day cruises?  I realize that I can pay the $20 up charge for lobster but that hasn’t turned out well as it was undercooked,  then overcooked when I sent it back.

Unfortunately complementary lobster is only available on the longer cruises.

6 night Pride January 30th had lobster for the 2nd formal night. I was able to order two for me.

Lobster is served on cruises of 6 nights and longer.

Worse than no lobster, I just found out there's no Grand Marnier Souffle for dessert on 5 night! And we're doing a B2B 5 nights soon. Wonder if my travel insurance covers cancel for dessert disaster?

I am on a 5 night next month...do they still have formal night at the MDR but just not serve the lobster/souffle?  Or is there no formal night?  If so, what do they serve in lobsters place?

On a 5 night they absolutely have Elegant night. They do a nice Sea Bass which is quite good and a Prime Rib, among other selections.
