Going on an excursion

It's been a while and I don't know, but do you gather in a  theater (for example) to get a tour ticket, or just meet on the pier for your group?  I'm hoping the pier because I have a rollator and cannot use stairs, so trying to wait for an elevator might be a big problem as far as being on time.

Often times for a ship sponsored excursion, you do gather in a particular area and receive a sticker or something similar, then you leave enmass to your bus/van as a group.  It is more efficient for the ship and the excursion leader to have everyone arrive together and on time.

When you board head to Shore Excursions and speak to them. We often arrange for mum to sit at the top of the theatre and they give us the heads up so we head for an elevator first. They are very helpful - they don’t want delays either!
