SEATAC HOTEL SEATTLE EXPRESS

we are staying at the best western seattle airport the night before our cruise. plan to take the seattle express from hotel to pier. which is best time to book pick up? 10;45 or 11;45?

PS  it is 20 dollars per person for the 3 of us. a total of 60 dollars. are we better off using uber?

"Better off" based on cost? Well...that would depend a little on which pier. And trying to squeeze 3 people and bags into what sized Uber? Personally the difference seems insignificant, but that might just be me.

it seems seattle express is the better option. now I must decide between 10:45  and 11:45

You don't mention your ship, which pier or what time your scheduled boarding/departure is. Without that information, difficult to assist you with the decision.

discovery princess pier 91  departure time is 3 pm

I'd go for the 10:45 Seattle Express option. By the time they get you to Pier 91 they should just start boarding after you check in etc. Which shipping of the Discovery are you on? We are on the June 26th sailing.

Seattle Express is a good option, we have used them many times.  FYI, they do offer a Automobile Club (AAA discount) for those that might not be aware.

This shuttle (formerly Capital Aeroporter) is NOT the same as Seattle Express. We used both last year and were very pleased. All Transfers Seattle | Seattle Express

yes but Premier operates from the airport vs airport hotels.  Both are reliable.

@Italy52 Where does Seattle Express drop passenger off at pier 91?  We have one individual in a wheelchair (manual, not a scooter) so want to understand how far from terminal.  Thanks in advance.

We were dropped off in an area near where the busses were located.  It wasn't much of a walk to join the line for embarking passengers.  For your particular case, I would suggest calling Seattle Express and ask how they handle passengers with special needs --- they are a great company and I am sure they are used to answering these types of questions.
