NCL refund fantastic

Had to cancel our back to back cruises in the South Pacific and within 2 weeks had all we had paid refunded.  They are equally fast when they canceled our South American cruises during covid.  We love sailing NCL and they have been so reliable,, will definitely be looking to them for our next cruise.

We had to cancel a cruise back in March, and we had the same experience. Money was back to the CC within 2 weeks.

Same here. We had full refunds a week after several of our cruises were cancelled. Most recent was Escape in January. Had our refund the next week.

Still waiting for one of ours but the 30 working days is not yet up.

 

The difference may be is that you are in the USA and we are in New Zealand; slow carrier pigeons to this part of the world!!

It's always 7 to 10 days for me, just like clockwork.  I book early and often and cancel often.  Never had a problem.

I'm still waiting for a refund here, the 30 days is up on Wednesday.  Hoping that it comes through soon or I guess I'll have to contact the credit card company.

I’m going to give credit where credit is due. Was not happy that our Oct 2 Greek Isles was cancelled last week and they wouldn’t allow us to just transfer the funds to another ship. We also waited about 5 months for a refund from our COVID cancelled Europe cruise and it was a battle so didn’t have much faith. I’m happy to say that one week after NCL cancelled the cruise  all of our cabins have every dime back including excursions etc.

I had a great experience also, CC refunded within 7 days and my Cruise Next certificates back in my account after 10 days with an added extra year for expiration!
