I keep forgetting to use ours....finally did couple weeks ago at Sabor for lunch on Harmony.  

 

Wondering how long they will keep giving them to us?

On a CK ship, indefinitely. Just odd on a ship with no CK.

 

When Allure starts 3 and 4 day trips may be the end.

I think it's a nice perk for Pinnies...and no reason it should not be on all ships in the fleet for that matter.  Now, if I can just remember to use it.  😉 

 

I know we enjoyed using it at Izumi HIbachi with you and Laura on Odyssey.  That was a good time.  🙂

OMG, burger was so much better than Chops

 

So, raw bacon is fine, but patty needs to be well done?

Actually, I like chewy bacon😁

 

Just a little pink, but being thin it was perfect

 

Fries were good, but only had a few

Garlic sauce was very tasty

My son makes the filling as a dip.

Rotisserie chicken breast, Buffalo sauce, and cream cheese.

We had one of those on Freedom once.  Cabin 1230...always sounded like I was talking about the time of day.  😉   And odd numbering, since it was on deck ten.  

 

Fondly called the "bubble cabin"....we had that curved glass, all the way forward cabin.  Loved it for the extra light, but could get windy on sea days due to front of ship, seemed to funnel into that balcony. 

 

Our next door neighbor forward was Captain Johnny....he would tease us when he saw us, calling us his neighbors.  😉   Great cabin...would book it again.

It seems Royal simply will not cook a burger rare, let alone medium (or ordered medium). Is that pretty much true across the fleet?

 

All the more reason to look forward to our Reflection sailing where they proved multiple times last year that they're not "scared" of rare. I can understand fast food joints (all the biggies, Five Guys, and the like).

 

Nevertheless - I will give the Playmaker's burger a try in August (and pass on the Chops version !! ).  🙂

Watching a lady on Freedom blow dry her extensions. Fascinating 

 

That's when I noticed my cabin doesn't have sheers for the balcony. Tracks are there, just no window coverings.

 

Then that reminded me that you can't open a locked balcony door from the outside. I may have locked Laura out on one years ago.

Laura has gotten a close to medium rare burger at Snack Shack. 😉

 

On the 2018 Mariner repo from Singapore, we had the MDR waitstaff trained to do med rare burgers for lunch. But that was a 28 day trip, and we ate in same section every lunch

You can on Harmony. Until I found the extra latch/deadbolt to double lock it, my young nieces were just letting themselves into our cabin via the balcony, lol.

 

Our family had 3 suites in a row and had the balcony dividers opened.
