Does anyone know if you can bring live flowers when you board a ship?

Absolutely, I always have fresh flowers in our stateroom.  Have purchased in many ports.  We always carry a small vase with us which allows for a small selection. Photo from our May TA.  Picked up Lilly of the Valley in Cherbourg.  Freesias in the Azores, along with a white wine Sangria.

We have brought flowers onboard in San Pedro,CA for embarkation. I have never bought/brought onboard in a port.

Even though your flowers for a one week to 10 day cruise would be pretty much dead and gone by the end of your cruise ,I do know that you cannot take them off the ship with you.

good news - if we get to book the ultimate balcony dinner - we get flowers with that

bad news - it's only a 5 day cruise and we are planning to book the dinner on day 3 - so not much time to enjoy them.

wonder if we book the dinner immediately upon embarkation that they would deliver the flowers to the cabin that day to enjoy for the whole cruise? - never hurts to ask, huh?
