Yes but with some exceptions when there is a supply chain issue. 
 

We are on our 4th cruise since Covid, 3 cruises with the Seabourn bag but our Alaska cruise in August we got a plain beige canvas bag.

Ahh, so. But designed by Seabourn (in Seattle?).

What difference does it make where they are made? If they were made in Karachi, or Istanbul, or Bangkok, or Poland, or Minnesota, would they be any different or any more or less desireable or valuable?

I’d like an Apple iPhone, some Nike running shoes (Vomero size 11), Levi’s jeans (32 waist, 34 length), Calvin Klein jeans (same size, see above), Ray-Ban sunglasses, a year’s supply of Gillette shavers, a Barbie doll, and a Black & Decker drill for starters.
