You know I thought I might be asked that question. And I believe they were being offered (for sale) at one time when we were printing out luggage tags, but I can't find them anymore now.

There are other options and styles available online now though.

I ordered these from Amazon.  Fit the HAL luggage tags perfectly.

I have cruise critic tags that work for HAL and Princess

I use a piece of masking tape and a black Sharpie pen.  Write the cabin number on the tape and stick to my bag before leaving home.   The porters then tag at the curb.

Works fine and no stress.  Print out a luggage tag.  Heck no.

I simply scale down the luggage tag to fit my holder.

I've been using tags like this for years and love them! I gave some to several of my cruise companions also and they now use them.

Order the HAl sized ones if you do.  They can be used with Celebrity, as their luggage tag is a bit smaller.  I got the 4 ct.

Have you ever had a problem with this?   I want to shrink mine to 80%, which doesn’t seem that much once it’s printed. But other people are telling me they’ll lose my luggage.

We put packing tape on them.

No, I have  never had my luggage lost on a cruise ship.  I always use a marker to embolden the room number.

As long as they can read the room number and other text you'll be fine. The vast majority of the people handling our luggage have better eyesight than the average passenger. 😎
