You seem to have specialty dining down to a science so hoping you can answer a question. If you have a 7 night package does that cover specialty lunch and dinner each day or just dinner?  We are RCL vets so are used to the unlimited package and not sure if this is different

Captain Kate just came on and said we have a medical emergency. We are heading back to FT Lauderdale to evacuate the individual . 

Their focus is on the health of the individual and as she gave the options, this was the best one.

Celebrity works different. You have 7 that you use for lunch or dinner. This is what we have experienced but someone may know better. We were at the Bistro the other day and they didn’t charge us. Best I know is it doesn’t work like RCCL.

Good Morning from just off Key West. It’s about 15 miles off the starboard side.

Captain Kate updated us at 10 this morning that we arrived in Ft Lauderdale at 1:15 this morning and the individual being evacuated was taken off the ship. As of this morning that person is in stable condition. 
 

We set sail at 2:15 and are now at sea for the day. 
 

We had another great sail away!

 

 

Dinner at Fine Cut, tried a new wine

Curious about Fine Cut -  is it still open to the Grad Foyer or did they put in glass walls to help mute the noise?

Always love knowing you don’t have to disembark the last day. Although at the end of this week we have to switch ships. 🙄

Fine Cut is still open to the foyer. We actually like sitting there during dinner. Usually some kind of entertainment going on. 

The one thing that is different is the bar is in the center so the chandelier is right next to you. That’s not so good.

Please do a love! I thought about this for a while. I didn’t want to start and not finish. It disappoints the followers. 
it’s been fun. We don’t do a lot of excursions just enjoy the sailing and ship.

An afternoon of cards! I loss admin! 🥲

 

You can’t beat the view while you play! The weather is outstanding.

 

All I can say though is……,, Can a guy get a drink! Sat on Magic Carpet all afternoon and not one person asked if they could get us anything. 🙄

 

Good news the bar isn’t far!

Good Morning from Costa Maya. 
 

We just arrived, winds have picked up again. I think the wind always blows here. 
 

 

Anyone know the story on this boat? We have been coming here for years and it never moves.

 

Here is something unusual. In the morning when Captain Kate dies here morning announcements she broadcast in your cabin! Those that want to sleep past 10 AM are out of luck. 
it has always been on the hallways or TV. If an emergency then the cabin but not just routine announcements. 🤔

 

Great dinner at Eden last night. A little food porn.

Why do I share this? Because in order to walk the ramp to and from one deck to the next it is all lined with the smoking area. As you walk by cigar and stale cigarette smell is in the air.  Never being a smoker it’s just not pleasant. 🤮😫

 

For some it probably doesn’t matter but I thought I would share my thought. Thanks now back to all the good stuff! 😀

Is the smell of cigar and cigarette smoke just noticeable on the journey between decks, or does it also impact the non-smoking part of the Sunset Bar area?   I've seen a few comments where passengers said it did for them.  Would be interested in your opinion.  Thank you.

It really only effects you as you walk down, where I just came back through with pizza! 
but there is an area on the other side of the wall way on deck 15 where people sit and it’s non smoking. We have not sat here.

you can see the start of the ramp on the right.

 

The lower level that next to the smoking area is effected at times. We have sat there and if someone is smoking above you, you can smell it.

Morning Kev & Barbie it’s your English cruise buddies here.  We are loving your blog, that must take some doing.  Sorry we are not cruising with you this year but I’m sure we’ll be back out in the Caribbean cruising with you again. Fingers crossed we’ll see you in our homeland later this year. Missing our card games & the odd martini or mimosa. Great memories.

I would guess that the owner is waiting for the right 'high tide' to flow in to take it out to sea instead of launching it directly!!! LOL
