Morning

On our last sea day before Ft Lauderdale. Here are a couple of more pics.

Here’s a story. So since we were docked yesterday and we had been here last week we decided to stay on board. It was a hot day. Sunset Bar was in full sun so we headed to Eden. We found these loungers just outside of Eden.
83A29773-600F-43C5-87CF-7E6F918E6593.thumb.jpeg.cafd87bd57c4efd0857ef3450d6958ac.jpeg

We had a nice breeze, got settled in and above our heads we hear “washy washy” and the window cleaner starts throwing water down to the loungers.

We go inside Eden and find a nice quiet area to relax. All the sudden banging is going on and they are setting up a dance floor. Ok, that ends and 30 minutes later the entertainment team comes in for rehearsal! 😫 tap dancing and singing!!

no piece and quite yesterday!

Cheers!

Last night was dinner at fine cut, ok some food porn. Crab cake followed by prime rib.

Afternoon from Ft Lauderdale!

Embarkation day! The flip went smooth. They had to find 2 people before we could disembark. They actually called them out by name!
Back on board and having the traditional mimosa!

We were told that we would be sailing with 500 less passengers this week. I have to say sitting outside of Al Bacio in the swing it is less crazy this week.

Attended a very nice afternoon show yesterday.
Jessie Hamilton.

He left the ship today. 😫

Attended a “Premier” wine tasting also yesterday. Worth every dime! The cheese pairing with each wine was outstanding!

Then it was off to dinner at Raw on 5

An excellent dinner.
started with calamari

Food Porn!

Then off to the show. Again great job! Our Lady Valentine.

After the show we headed to of course the Martini Bar. Can I ask when wearing a robe to the Martini Bar was acceptable? 🤔🙄

Then on the way back to the cabin it was…..no don’t say it…..ok I won’t we are staying for another week. We are 26 days in.

Here is another funny statement I head this morning during boarding.
Ellen’s family cruise group is on board. 22 people. They took a pic on the stairs by us by the ships photographer. It was like herding cats! 😂😂

anyway the grandfather of the group was walking by and here is what he said

We’re lost but we are making good time! 😂😂😂

and just to say we were sitting on the swing sipping the mimosas and someone following on CC recognized us! 🤪

Cheers!

I am so enjoying  your  report of all the days you are cruising  and all the fun and relaxation you  are having on this vacation.

Your pictures are wonderful and keep me smiling while the snowy landscape and cold temps outside my window reminds me I am still in winter.

Guest CunucuMom

I'm hoping Robe Guy is wearing something underneath.  🙈   Before I forget, do you still owe us the "traveling tray" story or did I miss it?  Enjoy your next sailing!

You didn’t miss the story, it will come with good reason.

What an outstanding sail away yesterday! The ocean was like a lake!

Regal Princess sailed by us and we had great music! 79BBF7E3-E4D6-4F16-AF50-5CF3474A1329.thumb.jpeg.a94dbb4b5645b50466d3a281a2fd1e3c.jpeg

it was off to the Roof Top Grill for dinner. Weather was outstanding!

Then of course it was Martini Bar time.

While we were sitting there, guess who came up to say hi! The Senior Assistant Beverage Operation Officer! You can’t make this stuff up. You how I have been on bar service, but I said nothing, 🙄🍸

The last two nights at the Martini Bar we have had great service by…..

By the way we have met more people that have been following along. The funny thing is that they don’t walk up and ask are you the countess, they walk up  and say your Barbie right! 😂😂😂 Author gets no credit!! 🤪🙄😂

More to come!

Cheers!

I have a moment since we are sitting in the lower section beside the Sunset Bar.

to get from the Sunset Bar to this lower covered area or even to get to the Oceanview Cafe you have to take this ramp/stairs. I have

in three pics.

Steps leading up to the ramp from the lower area.

The ramp leading up to the deck the Sunset Bar is on.

Why do I share this? Because in order to walk the ramp to and from one deck to the next it is all lined with the smoking area. As you walk by cigar and stale cigarette smell is in the air.  Never being a smoker it’s just not pleasant. 🤮😫

For some it probably doesn’t matter but I thought I would share my thought. Thanks now back to all the good stuff! 😀

Cheers!

This will be a sharing of 47 days 3 ships sailing B2B side by side or whatever you want to call it. We start on Equinox for 19 days move to Beyond for 14 and then finish with Reflection ( I know one that is near and dear to some of us deep down) for 14 days. We will throw in there a prior nights stay before boarding Equinox and a one night stay on land between Equinox and Beyond ending with a nights stay the last debarkation day on Reflection, so a total of 50 nights. How we got here I will share a little later.

Wow 47 days on 3 ships. 😮
I'm going to be doing 42 days (3 b2b) this Sept but on 1 ship:

vancouver-hawaii-australia-singapore

I didn't even think of doing a Live thread till i saw this.
I think i will since i have the unlimited upgraded internet package.

Thanks for sharing your trip with us.  Between you and Barbie and Jim and Iian, I have role models for my retirement years.  Fortunately my husband is supportive of these long cruise goals 🤣 For now we'll settle for shorter trips and live vicariously through you all.

I’d really be interested in a LIVE with that itinerary.
