While I don’t think this is the recipe from the ship, it is from the cookbook Viking included in a package to me at Christmas.  And of course is such a thing as a bad scone?😂

Forgot to mention I substitute some sultanas/cranberries etc in place of cheese for fruit scones

I am very active on several different social media platform and they sent me a swag package a couple of years before COVID and then got another one this year. It contained most of the same things as the first package (need a fridge magnet?)  plus the cookbook which was new😀

Happy too, just be sure the runway is long enough, we ditched the baby jet and got a 767. Was tired of being cramped.
