No booking shown

When I log into my account for my upcoming cruise in May, it does not show.  The site also asks for the booking number now.  I did transfer to a TA, but that was awhile ago. Is this common?  I am using my computer.  Also, my cruise dates are not even showing on their website.  SMH

There has been some recent HAL Charters sold and possibly your cruise date was one of them and HAL hasn't informed you yet. Once a charter is sold the cruise disappears from the web site and on the app. Have you checked with your TA?  If your cruise was canceled they will contact the TA for the booking first.

Actually I think HAL has tweaked their website, I have two HAL cruises booked and they were not show but just click on where it says to put your booking number into it and there will be a drop down box showing your reservation and click on that one. The Website has been a bit different each time a pull it up but that drop down box has stayed there the last couple of time and not showing my reservations when I first log into HAL.

There's definitely been some quirks on the website for me in the past week.   One day I had no history of cruises (and we have 5) and no cruises booked (and we have 2).  But it correctly showed our points.   By the next day, everything was back to normal.

Called HAL this morning.  Apparently went I transferred my cruise to the big box TA the Mariner IDs were not put in.  Good to go.  But, when I look on the website for this cruise, Norse Legends, 7-day R/T May 2023 from Amsterdam it won't show any itineraries.   At least it shows the dates!

Good to hear!

There is a slight problem on the website as they are showing two panels for 7 day Norse Legends on May 20/27.  One has an itinerary attached and one does not.

Last week there was a problem with the Norse Legends and the Viking Saga cruises as they had the wrong dates on some of the cruises.
