Does anyone know the exact make-up of the QE2 cocktail served in the Commodore Lounge

on QE?

I tried to get the Bionic Bar on Ovation Of The Seas to replicate it recently

and it didn't do a bad job.

My favorite Cunard Cocktail on board as far back as the QE2 in the Chart Room..

I would suggest 50ml cognac, 25ml grand marnier, 25ml sweet vermouth, 5ml grenadine and 25ml lemon juice.

 

If you have a sweet tooth use 10ml grenadine.

 

 If you don’t want a really strong drink use 25ml cognac.
