Book Now or Wait?

Hello All,

 

I am looking to book for May and I am very sticker shocked.😲  I had no idea the prices have increased so much!!  Do you think there will be any price drops or is this the new normal?

New Normal, book now and reprice if you see a price drop.

I wouldn't wait.  We booked our May cruise in January and I've been watching prices go up pretty steadily.

I'm on the fence for booking Odyssey for December 2024 break.  Kind of high but I know the price will only go up.  Ugh.

I would also book now and keep checking if price goes down you can get new price if not past due date .

I'm all booked up through March 2025.  I'm hoping some sanity returns by then.

i booked a cruise last month and now its up 600.00 ( total for 2 )

For May, I wouldn’t wait if you find a price you can live with. We booked a last minute trip for early February in early January and the prices never dropped and they pulled the cruise from being able to be booked at all. We didn’t have flexibility with the dates.

Thanks for the insight. Maybe time for me to look at more land vacations too.

 

BTW...I am a female located in the USA. However, maybe I should start looking at other countries with these prices. Maybe if a pay a few more thousand, I can have a new experience.

 

Cruising use to be my go to for an inexpensive, relaxing and entertaining vacation. I guess they found us out!!
