What is the fee to use your onboard account for the casino?

I don't like flying with a lot of cash. What is the fee to deposit money in a slot machine to use for gambling?

Yet! Carnival is or soon to be charging 3%.

no fee for slots but you have to spend at least 50% of what you charge otherwise they will charge you a 5% fee (This is what I was told onboard) 5% fee for tables, unless you are Casino level Prime or above. Not sure what percentage you have to spend on the tables when you charge to the room.

I bring a bit of cash, but charge some of the casino gambling needs to my cabin.  As Prime, there's no fee.  The benefit is that the total of my expenditures are charged to the CC on record, therefore, earn CC points/rewards.

Which is also an isolated incident.

 

We always bring around $2000 in small bills.

O.K. I always thought it was a 5% fee to cash advance against your room account unless you are an upper-tier Casino Royale member. We always carry a little cash and that is our casino budget for the cruise 🙂

We have never been charged the fee on the slots...ever.
