PRIMA....sending out laundry...questions

Spending several days in London before our cruise to Iceland....in order to save on packing I could wear all my shirts in London then send them to be washed and pressed (not dry cleaned) on Prima when we board. What are the rates for sending laundry out and what is the turn-around time? And if you used it were you happy?

Forgot to mention the Fill a Bag laundry deal for $29 that NCL offers a few days into the cruise.

Look for that information approximately day 3 (or ask room steward).

Only spending a day in London pre-Prima cruise, but have the same questions.

 

BTW, which sailing are you on? We are on the one leaving 8/6.

Good question... we are doing the Reykjavik to London in August with 2 days extended at each end.  I will definitely be taking advantage of the fill a bag deal.

I had to laugh at "Sending Out" the laundry, it took me back to the days when I was younger and people would come to your house, take away the dirty clothes, wash them and return them cleaned.

Wondering how big the bags are & are they per person or per cabin?  We'll be traveling 2 days pre-cruise then the 7 days of the cruise in May to Greece (Jade).  Trying to think of making sure we have enough to get us through to the bag deal day.  Would rather spend our money on fun stuff than laundry 🙂

How often is the $29 a bag offered? And what is the charge on the days it is not offered?
