Laundry options on HAL Nieuw Amsterdam

We also lay everything ( other than socks and underwear) on the bed and snap a quick pic - that way if anything goes missing we can show the laundry folks a picture of the item so it can more easily be identified.

If I am remembering correctly the price is a little bit higher in Europe. It used to be $7 per day for US sailings and $9 for Europe.

The price is for $59.50 for a 7 Day Alaska cruise on the Eurodam. It might be worth it just to send Mom home with clean clothes. This cruise a Mother's day gift for her.

Does the unlimited laundry package have to be purchased for each person in the room or is it one package fee to cover the room?

The package covers everyone in the stateroom.

Good morning all. We will be sending a weeks worth of pre cruise laundry as soon as we get on the Rotterdam. We have never used the service before. Will my husband’s shirts come back ironed? Used to love the self service laundry on the Maasdam  and Volendam, but it will be great not to have to do any laundry while on a cruise!

Yes, and you select on the laundry submission sheet if you want them on hangers or folded.

Currently aboard Nieuw Amsterdam and morning laundry is returned around 5 hours later.  Really fast for a ship at near capacity.
