Is there an email address for celebrity to request a table size prior to sailing similar to the Royal Caribbean one?

I think still possible on S and M class.  Either call you agent or Celebrity.   
 

if you want a table for two try anytime dining the can also accommodate shared tables

I've used this Email pre covid shutdown for S&M class ships. Give it a try and post back if it still is active. celebritydining@celebrity.com.

If you booked Select ( anytime) dining and are a party of 2 you will be seated at a 2 top unless you ask for a shared table.  If you arrive as a party of 4 you will be seated at a 4 top.  
 

if you are a large group then you should go to the MDR after boarding and speak to the MaitreD who will handle your table request.

First thing we do when we get on the ship, is to go to the MDR, speak to the Maître-D, and request, [notice, I said request]. a table for two by a window for dinner.  Since 2003, we have always been successful!  We love having the same servers at dinner each night!
