Cruisegoer Posted June 29, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 29, 2023 I booked an upcoming February cruise on the Explorer and it was showing under Manage my Cruise previously but today my account says I have none upcoming and when I try to add it I get an error. footzz Posted June 29, 2023 #2 Share Posted June 29, 2023 (edited) It's not just you. The famous (infamous) RCCL IT department is standard operational mode; SNAFU. Not to worry. Wait a while and the booking will reappear. This sometimes happens when the pricing algorithms make changes in the Cruise Planners.
