Check in and Retreat

Bit confused! So hoping someone out there can help … As Retreat guests, I understand we can board anytime but having just checked in, the check-in procedure forces us to select an ‘arrival and health check’ time slot. We opted for the earliest but can you just ignore this and proceed to the Retreat line at any time? Any info gratefully received …

You can ignore the time given upon checkin and board anytime once boarding begins.

Having no idea if this works, I usually select the latest boarding time if I’m in a suite to let others use the earlier boarding slots.
