You Asked - Crystal Responded - Food

Crystal responded to the Mushroom Soup and the Beef Carpaccio requests and have added it to the Waterside Menu on the current Serenity cruise.  So when you are on board find out when it will be on the Waterside Menu so you could go that night for dinner if it's something you want to have. I am sure this applies to both ships.

 

They prepared the Beef Carpaccio in Waterside at the tables as they did in Prego.

Excellent - good to see them responding as that beef carpaccio was very special 

 

I’d like to hear from someone onboard how big the loaf is that the soup is served in - it got smaller over the years (not a bad thing)

Hello, I am very happy that the carpaccio is back.  In my previous experience with OC, we were asking 24 hours in advance for a special dish, ex. Lobster, and OC delivered it.  Could it be possible, with NC, to have carpaccio served even it is not on the menu if we ask 24 hours in advance?

Even though there are many elements of the Old Crystal this is the New Crystal and they are still learning what people such as menu items and dining area hours.  Make sure you let Crystal know what you want that wasn't offered.  If they don't know they can't react.

With 41 days to go to boarding Symphony, so glad to hear carpaccio has returned. I didn't much care for the decor in the old Prego but the carpaccio was excellent, only place I eat it.
