I talked to one of the bartenders at Playmaker’s last night after the Phillies lost (not happy about that but that is another story). He said they don’t get tipped automatically on free drinks provided to Diamonds and above, but guests tend to tip more often when getting free drinks.

No ____!?! Where have you been?

Psycho loves to get a triple of the best Bourbon he can find on the ship (using 3 of his Diamond+) after dinner and enjoy it with a good cigar out under the stars or the designated smoking area.

Psycho is wasting vouchers! Tip and every single becomes a triple+.

I mainly use the vouchers for wine. Does anyone know which are the included wines (red, white, rose and sparkling wine)?

The plus about the CAS drinks loaded on your Seapass card is you order all your drinks from the bar menus instead of the old CAS HH beverage menus.

In the buffet or MDR for breakfast or lunch it's any of the juices, lemonade or iced tea. The FIVE drinks on my card go for drinks from lunch to the end of the day, anything more is no problem to pay for. My wife has the same 5 on her card plus her drinks are comped in the casino. For beverages in the room, we always get a water package and bring on 12 sodas.

Actually, the bartenders are pretty liberal with the bottled water since RCCL started giving everyone bottles in their cabins. Go to the bar out on the pool deck and ask about the policy, and if you should use your coupon, and how many bottles can you get.  I had a bartender just hand me 3 bottles, and I tipped him a few bucks for it.

Money, as in cash, talks and everything else walks. Old saying that still is true today.

We do tip very well...But, we have never seen a bartender over pour 3 ounces of exceptional bourbonWe had a bartender hide the last bottle of Eagle Rare on the ship for us.  Unfortunately, it didn't last the remainder of the cruise.  And yes, he was tipped very well.
