That's one of the worst things about flying to Europe...as well as actually having to fly there.

I hate flying...used to love it when I was younger. Flew back and forth to Asia four times when I was stationed over there. But the older I get, turbulence and me do not get along.

Wait, you sure you weren't at EWR with outdated tech?  I was shocked when we landed at EWR and walked off plane.  Thought it was different airport.  You held back they are tearing down the old and putting up new. 

 

Years ago when we flew to LHR the Iceland volcano was affecting many flights and worried about cancels.  Backup was Cunard seven day over there.

 

Last fall on Prima we had two days in Iceland and interesting how they use all that thermal energy.

TP's regular Economy vs. Plus seating, difference in legroom & recline. 

 

 

Plus, reclining space.  The exit row spacing is most generous, seat width a little narrower due to the flip up dining table.

A long travel day is over, we decided to visit this place again as our friends are tired of the usual. Highly rated on Google ... didn't disappoint.

Oh, really - spotted us ?  Our flight didn't break the sound record either but we're really going, despite turbulence. Then had to run with others getting out of our way.

 

 

Almost got inducted into the Gate runner’s club at Lisbon, and we gave 2 Air tagged carry-on bags reluctantly to the gate police … How’s the Viva 🤓 ？

I will be joining in the fun on Sunday. That's when my flight leaves from Zurich to Barcelona anyway. I can't wait to board the Prima on Monday.

I have lots of work to finish hopefully today at the latest tomorrow so I can get on with packing. 

What's the weather like in Barcelona?

 

I will be flying out of Terminal 1 JFK after the cruise. The foodie corner doesn't look very big 🙄

Beautiful, sunny Friday morning, shower and rain are gone 😎. Hunt for hash brown potatoes continued ... French toast, yummy good - full Americano breakfast w coffee & freshly squeezed OJ.

T1 has a larger food court, Gate 1 area is next to Airfrance Lounge and indeed small food options.  Weather is great here in Barcelona ... temperature #'s in F

Didn’t realize you could get full breakfasts in Barcelona. Last time I was there the American chain hotel where I stayed in 1992  gave us a hard roll and butter and jam. Your breakfast looks way better.

😂 Well, I simply meant that Viva is just like her big sister Prima. The one big difference is the absence of Starbucks at Indulge Food Hall on the Viva, allowing for more seating. How much more I would not be able to tell you as I am mathematically and spatially challenged.
