DMW Reservations Difficulty Sapphire Princess

I have booked a cruise quite far out, Apr 2025.  I like to have DMW reservaions for the entire cruise.  I attempted to set up DMW for this cruise to find that there is no option for the big MDR International dining room in the aft on Sapphire Princess.  All 4 other mid ship MDRs appear fully open for reservations.  I called Princess/Off shore call center and got no where.  Definitely a language barrier.  She had no idea what I was asking.  She basically said, those are ALL your choices, but you can check again once on board.  I have found that it is useless to call Princess since the change to Off shore call center.  I miss the Santa Clarita people, especially the old timers.  

So, my question is ... Other than being so far out why might the option for the big MDR International dining room not be available?  Has anyone encountered something like this?  I am guessing it is like just an oversight, that the person doing the programming has no clue about MDRs on a ship.  Lastly, any idea how to find out what the real situation might be.

I have a booking on the Sapphire for March 18, 2024 and when I check dine my way to make reservations for MDR, the International dining room is available as one of the choices, so my guess is it is too far out or a glitch, but you are so far out. I suggest you check again, later, especially since rumor is a NEW Princess APP is supposed to be released on Dec 1 and the current one will only be valid till end of January 2024?

There has been no confirmation from Princess on a new app. Only one blogger has brought this up. More likely is an update to the current app not an entire new app

You might want to check and see if there is a group cruise on your dates where the entire group wants to eat together. This is quite common with TA groups and special interest groups. I would google the ship and date and see what pos up

I think you meant to quote the OP, not my reply, as for my upcoming March 18, 2024 Sapphire sailing, the International dining room DOES appear as a choice to make a reservation.
