Got my Come Back & Sail offer.

Booked for February.

My husband got one also but mine had a better cabin offer & more casino freeplay.

So we booked under mine. They would NOT extend any freeplay to him.

Come back and sail offer is a casino offer - not the same as the Welcome Home OBC that the OP is asking about.

Not yet, still waiting to hear back from my PCC. I was just responding to the terms and conditions that were posted above stating it is not combinable.

Please do let us know if you are able to combine it with any other offers.  I don't remember having problems in the past combining it, but that text is cut from the actual email.

FWIW - that text has been there for some time and was also on my past offers.  It was applied with no issue along with my other OBC’s.  I am not sure wha the purpose of it is - unless it is meant to apply to cruises booked on board where the OBC was already applied?

Probably ZOMBIE text. Left from some age ago. HAL website peppered with such.

I forget what page I was on today, but it referred to passenger laundromats requiring coins!

ETA: good IT is hard to find, in Seattle?!!

On my account it shows I have a $100 credit and also on DH's account.  How do I know if it's the Welcome Back OBC?  I had another issue on board and my TA informed me that HAL was giving us a credit of $100.  Does the Welcome back show anything to indicate this on my account?

No it doesn’t, sorry.  Your TA should be able to tell though.  They have access to the activity.

Neither my DW nor I received the Welcome Back promo email after our Alaska cruise in May.

After our California Coast in November my DW received the email, I did not.

HAL is once again consistently inconsistent.  🤣

I just looked at it and I don't recall seeing in the past that it was not combinable with other ship board credit offers??

That clause has kept me from using on any cruise. Every time I've wanted to use one, TA or PCC has always said it's not combinable and since it's the smallest offer, that's the one to lose.

I've read many times where people have combined it, but I've not been able to - ever.

Those that have received the Welcome Back OBC, does it show up under My Account as Credit ID #, $100 amount and booking date?

I've never seen the welcome back OBC in my account on HAL.  I am eligible for the welcome back OBC presently (dis-embarked 10/15) and received the email but it is never listed in "my account" or anywhere else I have seen online.

I've always taken advantage of (and have previously received) the welcome back OBC if I meet the criteria (booking a new cruise within 90 days (or around then) of dis-embarking).

Whether you have the email or not, it never hurts to pass along the promo codes (ZPM or VPM) to your TA when booking a new cruise to see if you qualify......No harm, no foul.

We cruised last fall and booked for next year within the time limit. I have never gotten a code to use but our PCC knows and applies the credit. Both my husband and I got the credit for booking within the limit. I also got the AARP credit. So, for us at least, those were combinable.

This happens to us frequently when we book, speical offer or not. Same Mariner status, exact same number of days. A pain and time consuming to have to look up cruises under two accounts. And then make sure TA know which to use. I noticed I receive the mailouts and usually get the best pricing while DH never gets mailouts but sometimes his pricing is better.  Ugh!
