Zaandam in Juneau Harbour on May 10, 2024

Just a reminder for those of you who also watch Fort Lauderdale sailaways, The Zuiderdam will be coming back from the 2024 Grand World Cruise on May 11!  I will be posting a Port Everglades thread for her tomorrow.

 

ms Zaandam will be at CT dock from 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm, and she is on a 7 day Alaska Inside Passage

 

 

 

Also in port is Oceania Regatta at AJD dock (7:00 pm to 1:00 pm), and Quantum of the Seas at AS dock 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

Zaandam is quite far behind the Quantum of the Seas.  Looks like Quantum is just entering Thane, whereas Zaandam is the inlet to Port Snettisham.  I think she'll be a while.....

It seems that Juneau was not ready for the Quantum. Just saw the rope persons coming to the dock. Love the zooms.
