iamphil Posted July 16 #11 Share Posted July 16 (edited) The biggest takeaway I received from the email communication was that for the next year we can enjoy our Blue Chip Club perks for whatever tier we are currently at, but once the new program goes into play on 07/21/2025 you get wiped. When I went to inquire about how to receive them, the people in the photo gallery looked at me like I had grown a second head..."no ma'am, we are not aware of this perk." Never got any when they were supposedly unlimited, sure am not going to waste my time trying to get one download! And I completely agree...the Effy credit is a bummer...would much rather have the $100 free play. Am I really surprised by any of this??? Also told from Blue Chip that an email will be out in a few days to clear up any confusion with the Beverage packages.... This happened with the cookie policy change, removing butlers from suites etc. Now they are removing the drink package for Sapphire and above. I have 6 cruises booked from august 2024 to march of 2025 when these were booked it was the policy that classic drink package would be included.
