For those viewing them you can increase the size if you need to . Look up above each page and there is a full-size option that will make them bigger. Cheers, Donna, my tip to anyone trying this in the future would be to set your scanner to save them in JPEG or any other photographic format rather than a document format such as PDF. That would have made the task a lot simpler. Older and wiser! David

pete_coach Posted July 9, 2009 #18 Share Posted July 9, 2009 This was great. Thanks for postig. We have never been on a cruise before and that sure gave an idea of what is going on. Just a question though, who is Bill W and Dorthy? Every day they have a get together. Are these 2 folks (travel agents) who have organized a large group? Do they get together every day to discuss the next days itinerary?

Friends of Dorothy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friend_of_Dorothy Great, thank you very much for that information. Out of naitivity, why are these organizations or clubs part of the ships schedule every day on the cruise? Or, was it just that particular cruise? C 2 C Posted July 9, 2009 #21 Share Posted July 9, 2009 As long as there is a demand for them, Celebrity will provide a meeting place for any group. You will find these listings on every cruise.

lovespositano Posted July 13, 2009 #23 Share Posted July 13, 2009 You are all very welcome.:) Those of you going on Solstice soon, have a great cruise. David Hi, David - We are considering the Solstice and/or the Equinox for a MED cruise in the fall. We have only sailed on Princess, primarily because of the entertainment. We love to dance, especially to live bands. We like rock N roll and golden oldies as well as Latin and, to some much lesser extent, ballroom. Can you help me with any info on this type music on ship (especially "I Like that Old-Timey Rock N Roll" type songs)?? We KNOW we will love Celebrity for the ships and ambience:D, but the music is very important to us and we are nervous about being disappointed with the dancing opportunities. Thanks for any help you can provide.:):)

I am, unfortunately, one of the members of the human species born with two left feet and I envy those who can glide effortlessly across the floor. I didnt, therefore, pay much attention to live music other than listen to Tim Kruze in Michaels Club who is excellent. Perhaps any one else reading this can help, or you could start your own thread by putting the question out there. Enjoy your cruise! David:)
