Miami hotels with restaurants that serve breakfast

We'll have about 6 hours after our plane lands before we can board the ship. Does anyone know of hotels in Miami that have restaurants that serve breakfast and might let us relax in their lobby or by the pool? Thanks!

Generally, you won't be able to access hotel pools, unless you're a guest with a room. You can CERTAINLY eat at any hotel restaurant, tho...

What time does your flight get in? Boarding usually starts around 11am....and despite the time they tell you to board, you can do it earlier!

Depends when you are going the Hilton at the airport has a restaurant but read they are renovating now

Intercontinental near the port maybe the Holiday Inn at the port

Sure sounds as though you will be getting off a red eye. Why not try for a day room at a hotel so you can nap and then board the ship in good shape. - and not blow your first evening on board?

I've done the red eye trip.

I actually booked a room for the night I flew.

When we landed, we went directly to the hotel and checked in at 6:30AM.

Some of us napped, some of us went to breakfast, some of us hit the pool and napped

To use a hotel's pool, you need to get a day pass or security will not allow you to enter the pool area. Generally hotels in Miami are much more alert about random people entering them and hanging out in the lobby than in other areas of the country. They generally want to charge you for the privilege. Check your luggage with the bellman and enjoy a great day pass at one of the above hotels.

You might also consider just going to a waterfront restaurant for a leisurely brunch. Certainly a multi-course brunch can take up 2+ hours of your time. You can usually go to the port and begin boarding around 10:30am. Here is a list of waterfront restaurants in miami:

We stayed in a Miami Hyattt, they had a nice butr somewhat pricey breakdfast. Leave your lugage with the door man, tip him well aned you likely can use the lobby to relax, use your phones etdc aftger your breakrfast. Don'tgt count on ggrabbinv a lounger at the pool. pe haps, a regular chair migh be okay with the It's usually ddedpenr upon how courrteous the person requesting etc. This hotel caters more to b usiness pedople than cruisers, Ibt hink.

I would stop at the Intercontinental Hotel.

Nice restaurant.

Near port.

Nice lobby.
