ms Eurodam and ms Nieuw Amsterdam in Juneau July 31, 2017

For the last day of July we have an extra ship joining the usual Monday lineup.

As usual, Eurodam (AS dock) and Nieuw Amsterdam (CT dock) will be in Juneau from 1300-2200.

Also in port are Ruby Princess (FKL dock) from 1100-2215, Solstice (AJ dock) from 1330-2200, and the extra ship, Regatta (who is tendering) from 1300-2300.

The weather forecast calls for partly to mostly cloudy but only a 10% chance of rain. The high will be 66F/19C and the low 49F/9C. Sunrise is at 4:45 am and sunset at 9:21 pm.

AIS is up to date, but the sisters are a long way off yet.

Really dreary day, but no rain - yet!

Rendezvous of St. Peter and NA ended about 9AM today, so it should be a relatively early arrival.

In the meantime, Volendam is just arriving in Ketchikan. Here's the viesw from Crystal Serenity webcam. Serenity is anchoring her final 2 calls there:

I'm convinced the first one has to be the Eurodam. I also just snuck a peak at the Crystal Serenity webcam and it looks very nice in Ketchikan. Great day there for her and for the Volendam.
