  4. Does the OBC show on your Booking Confirmation? Was it OBC from a Princess promotion, Travel Agency promotion or was it casino freeplay? Freeplay won’t show up as OBC but your TA or Princess should be able to see the Freeplay listed on your booking under Special Services. Travel agents can handle Casino bookings and interact with the Casino desk on your behalf on bookings that require it. If a TA can do it a PVP should be able to as well. ( if you booked directly with the Casino then you would have to work directly with the Casino on issues)
  5. Sorry I am unfamiliar with how they determine value to settle claims of this nature. I was only suggesting an option possibly help you show Princess the value. Did the Claim form you filled out give you any contact information?   6. Just heard my bid for Mini suite was accepted for 15 day cruise on Royal Princess in January. My original cabin was a DA Deluxe balcony. My new cabin is an MB Mini Suite. My bid was $275 pp which was $25 pp over minimum bid.
  7. 9:30 am is too early. EZAir has Noon as the earliest departure from Vancouver on the date cruise ends. EZAir shouldn’t have offered you a 9:30 am flight. You may want to double check the end date in your search or search again to check what’s offered.
  8. Mine and DH names always look like that on EZAir boarding passes ( and on the airline apps) and have for years. For some reason they just run it all together. I am looking at two upcoming flights that are exactly like that and last month same thing. Never a problem.
  9. Go into the Medallion app, select Dine My Way and from there you can select reserve same time each day or you can select individual daily reservations. Once you indicate if you want the same time each day, or individual daily reservations you will select from available time slots ( you can move the time dial up or down to pick times). When you pick a time you will be shown available dining rooms with private table or table shared with others. Make your selection and your spot is reserved. If you don’t see private tables at the time you have chosen select another time slot until you get what you want.

  11. Yes the pool is complementary and there is a steam room/ sauna and showers inside the changing rooms/ restrooms that can be accessed for free

  14. I don’t think this is the issue, it sounds like there is some other glitch. The folks at askoceanmedallion@carnival.com have been pretty quick to respond when I have contacted them. Hopefully they can help you.
  15. Adding travel companions in Dine My Way allows you to make reservations together but it doesn’t allow you to find each other. To be able to find each other - Once onboard log on to the app and go to shipmates/ manage shipmates and enter in the name of person you want to be able to find. You will add them and indicate you will share your location with them - then you send a request to them. Once they accept the request and indicate they will share their location with you - then you can find them in the app or on displays.
  16. There is no pool in the Sanctuary itself but you have easy access to the Lotus Spa pool one deck below.

Email askoceanmedallion@carnival.com ( and maybe include A360ad7@Carnival.com since that’s who helped me with similar issue) and let them know you are having trouble and ask if they can purchase it for you. I recently wanted to purchase Internet for an upcoming cruise but since I was already on a cruise I couldn’t complete the purchase. The rep was able to purchase it for me via email and charged the credit card I have associated with my Medallion. In your email include your name, booking number, Date you sail and your DOB so they can access your account.
  18. 10:00 am is the earliest flight recommended by Princess. 9:00 am is way to risky.
  19. Yes, you should be fine. One hour is considered the minimum time for a connection to an international flight at SEA.
  20. Just spent 20 days on Diamond Princess and Fettuccini Alfredo was available every night.
  21. Correct the desserts are included with Plus and Premier, the stand alone package was added for people who choose Princess Standard fare.
  22. I just noticed in Cruise Personalizer there is now an option to purchase a Premium Dessert package. It’s under Food and Beverage Experiences.
  23. The Princess representative should easily have been able to see the amount you deposited and the amount due. If you aren’t finding the information under your payments and credits tab ask Princess to email you a copy of your booking confirmation. Following the top section of the booking confirmation (titled Pricing Details) there is a section called Payment Details and it will say x amount received along with final payment due date.
  24. An alternative to calling Princess to apply your gift card as OBC is to do it once you are on the ship. Go to Passenger Services and show the print out ( or pull it up on your device) and ask them to apply it to your account. Every time I have done this it has only taken a few minutes, very easy!
