  1. App Travel checklist Wellness check If it doesn’t turn green, don’t worry. BCN has been really easy to do embarkation.
  2. This is done OB, a few days before disembarking. Did you enter your travel information into the App? If so, they base your disembarking time on that. But, if you are self assist, taking your luggage off yourself, they will put you in a self assist group time. However, if you don’t get a time that you want or if you want a different time…go to CS and ask them. Go by your travel summary, the arrival time into the port. It takes at least an hour to get clearance to disembark. Sometimes earlier or later. Really depends on the port, customs, etc. So, if you’re in the first group…you could schedule your ride about an hour after arrival. Carmel Limo probably is very used to the port routine also.
  3. I wanted to add: This was an issue way back in the restart with the App, maybe January. They recently did an update and this old fix came back as an issue again. Just add first and last and don’t worry about it.
  4. On the App…you can use just first and last name. The only other thing you can try is to go through your personal information and see if your middle name is still there. Sometimes it gets deleted. As long as your account is correct, you’re fine. We’ve never had our middle names on our bookings. Never had a problem. I do have it on the personal information page on the App.
  5. Did you Order the ocean medallion? Did you fill out the health questionnaire, even though you’ll update that at least 24 hours before? Did you pick an arrivals group?
  6. What a mess. You just need a knowledgeable Princess CS agent to go into their computer system (polar) and make corrections. This is a website issue not App team. Did you ask your TA for help?
  7. Appreciate the heads up! Hopefully, we will be able to renew electronically instead of paper mail in 2023. We’ll see.
  8. You can make your order, then call RS and tell them to add condiments or add free iced tea, etc. They really should have an area to put a note or add the free beverages.
  9. You can definitely request a new PVP/CVP, if you want to. People change if they aren’t happy with their current one. She should have not taken over this booking without your permission. If she were to question your actions, I would be honest and tell her you booked it yourself or changed CVP’s (Cruise vacation planner) because of her lack of communication after multiple attempts.
  10. Why not update the MC App or download it, if you haven’t. It might be correctly showing your cruises? LMK

  15. When did you book this new one? I’m a little confused with this statement. You said it doesn’t show up on the cruise personalizer? Did you book it with a TA or CVP or online yourself? You must show it on the website cruise personalizer or it may not be booked. Go ahead and download the MedallionClass App (Princess) on your phone. When I said it takes a couple of days to populate, I was referring to from the Princess website to the MedallionClass App that you need to download. LMK
  16. Your new booking takes a couple of days to populate in the MC App. Recheck it again today. If it’s not showing yet. Do your checkin on the website… in the cruise personalizer, right below the APP buttons area… says Try our web version on the website.
  17. You can do either, but I would try on the bracelet before buying. That one runs small. It is very pretty but you need to get the right size. They mail it to you with a holder and a lanyard. It comes about 10-14 days before sailing.
  18. Pre cruise if you purchased them online with a cc, they will refund back to the cc. It took about 7-10 days.
  19. No, not true! I’ve been on a lot of cruises since the restart and uploaded everything. They did not care. They wanted to see the original vax card and passport. I also uploaded my covid test. Nope, wanted to see that too, even with a QR code. So, clearly this is a rep who has not cruised. They really need more training. You could tell them to read the Princess website. It says bring all your documents with you to the port, so there are no issues. I was through the line in about 2 mins every time. You will not get delayed or denied boarding…that’s ridiculous!
  20. Is it leaving from San Pedro or Galveston? Those seem to be slow opening up. Sailing soon? Usually 59 days to 2 weeks before lately. Did you get the new App page? Just says Princess on the App. It was updated on Saturday. You may need to sign out and back in on the App.
  21. So, your issue is logging in to your account? On your devices, make sure to clear history and cache. Do any updates on the phone and the App. The weekend updates happened on Fri and Saturday. You should be able to get in. If you still can’t, I’d call PCL and have them check the website for your account. Once they get you in to the website, you should be able to get into the Princess App.
