Beautiful weather this morning for our local parade. It ends a block away from our house. Going to walk down soon as first of the parade should arrive in our area around 9:30. then we are heading to a niece's house for an afternoon picnic. HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! HAVE FUN AND BE SAFE😍

If a first timer to Aruba I highly recommend taking a tour of the island and see the other end of the island (desert like) near the natural bridge as well as a tour to California Lighthouse. The view from this area is amazing and there is a nice Italian restaurant next to the lighthouse that offers amazing sunset views with great food (if there at nighttime). Another nice place to go is Reflexions Beach Club http://www.reflexionsaruba.com/ they offer beach loungers for $6.50 pp and serve food and drink all day. This is a short taxi ride and when ready to leave they will call a taxi for you to return to the port.

Are you sailing and docking at port canaveral for a day? If so, royal does offer round-trip bus to Disney. You only get about 4 hrs at Disney depending on your arrival/departure time.

Public buses are another great way to explore. Usually $1 or $2 pp or the free trolley. They both leave near the port.

Fireworks have been going off since Thursday night in my neighborhood. Some nearby town did their display last night. I hear some now and hoping my cat gets home before they really start. She hates them!

I have been on 4 cruises this year and have not seen the 10 drink card offered on any of them.

They both look really cool but I think I like the first one better.

Prices are almost always cheaper to buy on cruise planner vs onboard. This past year when ships were sailing with less than 50% passenger capacity and we got some fabulous deals onboard but haven't heard of any recently. If going on 7 night cruise Lobster night will be 2nd formal night, night 6. If you have the royal app on your phone you can view menus for mdr and other restaurants.

I would like to hear from someone on this sailing that has any idea what the fight started over. Definitely disappointed to see how long it took for security to show up and doesn't look like they were in a hurry to break it up.

I have always heard how friendly CK is and surprised to hear she couldnt even stop for a brief moment, very sad. Do they send survey to fill out online like Royal does? I've never noticed a go pro snapped on helmets for everyone. They may let you snap your own go pro on.

Simply call the number you call royal to book or call the Crown n anchor desk. Tell them you tested positive and they will tell you what to do, if anything. You can do this anytime before the cruise. Doesn't have to be done 48 hrs prior, cwc is different than testing positive.

If you test positive you don't have to notify within 48 hrs. You can notify them anytime prior to cruise and pretty sure you will receive cash refund.
