  1. Is there food available in the beach Club other than your reserved lunch time? If not, how far it is to a snack if you are hungry b4 your reservation time?
  2. Just booked it for the first time- at 123.99 though. Looking forward to it too!
  3. Hi, Does the non- alcoholic beverage package include syrups and extra shots of expresso in your coffee? Whenever I order a coffee, the syrups are extra and an extra shot of expresso counts as an additional cup of coffee. I have never gotten the drink package. Are the coffees the fun and flavored type, or like out of a machine that you can hit latte or cappuccino on? I am finding my self tempted at the 23.99 pp/pd price on todays sales.
  4. Thanks! I booked it. Glad to know float matts included. That is not listed in the description. We like those.
  5. I have never bought that. Do you feel that there were enough chairs and umbrellas for all? We usually don't go out till around 11 and sometimes skip this stop due to crowds and that I dislike the food. Was the eating area less crowded than the regular one? Mine is on sale for 124.00 ( down from 249.99) on Wonder in Jan.
  6. Got a good deal on unlimited dining for Wonder in Jan. Price down 39.00 pp from last sale, I cancelled 287.99 per person and got 249.00 pp. Coke package 1.00 off reg- 8.99 instead of 9.99. I took it.
  7. We sailed last month and would next week ( and the week after, and after...) if we could.
  8. Well, you can still hear the ocean, test the weather, set your wet clothes out ot dry, and have nice place to sit if your cabin partner is napping with the lights off. Beats an inside cabin by a mile.
  9. I would purchase at least a couple of specialty restaurant meals b4 you go. While we enjoyed the buffet at dinner last month, I wish we had. MTD was unsatisfactory.
  10. So another cookiegate? I fell for that one.
  11. This lowly Diamond will miss the 5-8 snacks. They always seemed like a special variety. I am not sure if the always had snacks in the afternoon. Is that new? I am most relived not to be kicked out of breakfast or the view of the ship from what used to be called the Viking or Constellation lounge. I guess I will be satisfied to only lose the least of 3 enjoyed benefits. At the rate things are going, I will never be a Diamond Plus.
  12. Sad. The Viking lounge is my favorite place on the ship. I am an indoor or balcony cruiser.
  13. I am on this cruise too. Unless they throw Jamaica and Labadee in there, I don't care. Most of the regular stops are all the same to me. I would be annoyed had I booked private excursions and it was late change. It is the day after final payment, but I certainly would not give up my deposit and cancel because of this. We know changes are allowed and at least occasional, rather than rare. Nice to know though, in case I had booked anything! Thanks!
  14. I am so sorry for what you are going through right now. I cannot imagine. I just felt like saying I am thinking about you.
  15. I stopped booking. I would normally have 3 booked now, 9/24 and 1/25. I kept my 1/24, which is almost twice my usual price. It never went down from being booked last year. We will be exploring land vacations next year.
  16. We were on week b4 you and also had a great time.
  17. I would say book a dining package b4 boarding and you will be fine. Expect a regular, rather than Premium cruise, and to get your own drinks. I guess we are used to that on RC, so did not notice the lack that the OP did. As for the tender experience, we got there early, no lines, were on the first tender, only a couple of numbers were called at a time, no issues. It may have been completely different later. We did not find dirty OV windows, I looked out of them every morning that I went to breakfast- maybe 4 times. And I did not notice any stains on furniture in my room, Constellation lounge, theatre main floor first third near the front, dining room or OV. I loved my room. We knew we had booked an older ship that missed its refurbish planned during covid. Of course, we were not in the casino, spa, or the pool areas, and did not have a drink package. And we only turned on the tv to see if the ships had arrived and to confirm ship time. I do not know how just b4 drydock will affect anything, but we had a wonderful time. I hope you do too!
  18. I agree completely with your assessment of the dining room on our cruise last month. And it would work to steer me toward upcharge restaurants. I wish I had done that. However, price wise, I would only do it do it for something like my the past Greek destination cruise. I would not add that to the price for my regular Caribbean, I would rather do it on a less expensive RC.
  19. I agree. I wish we had bought a dining package. We always do on RC, but thought that on Celebrity we would not need one. Wrong!
