  1. Did you get the SECOND email? The first was the “Oops! Our bad!” email and the second was the actual cancellation email. The refund comes a few day after the second email.

  3. Great video! We’ve been warned to bring bug spray because the bugs are so bad there. Did you find this to be the case? I’m also thinking long sleeves and long pants as I am very susceptible to bites.

  7. You should be able to use the Cruise Planner (on the website - not the app) and get a lot more options.
  8. Per her cruise director’s Facebook account, she is back in the water and having her lifeboats loaded. They are floating out on Saturday morning. Should be back from Spain shortly.
  9. Correct. But you can grab some individual cups and fill the bottle with them. Make sure they are wide mouth bottles to make it easier.
  10. Pre-COVID, MTD was fantastic. They started seating people at the same time as the first seating. After the reopen, they started MTD later to accommodate traditional dining’s distancing. They’ve never gone back. I’m rationalizing in my mind it has to do with a lack of staffing. Maybe one day they’ll go back to earlier MTD.

  12. To your credit card? Did you get the cancellation email? If so, how long did it take after that to see it on your card?
  13. They usually don’t open the restaurant packages this far out. Keep checking.
  14. I had two booked on different cruises. I just received the refund email on the first one. I paid for it using a combo of OBC and credit card. The package shows canceled now and the OBC was credited back to my account. I’m betting the CC amount will show up in a few days.
  15. If the Royal bus drops you off at the TTC, walk to the Poly and get a bus to Springs from there. Takes too long to go all the way around to the Contemp for a bus. Coming back from Springs, bus to the Poly and walk back to TTC. All Disney Transport, especially the monorails, is becoming more and more UNreliable by the day. Factor that in to all transportation times. When on a tight time schedule, Minnie Vans might be the way to go. I would personally never rely on the monorails or Skyliner to get me somewhere in a reasonable amount of time. I do consider myself a bit of an expert on the subject because I used to drive the monorails…
  16. Hopefully, it is. None of the new packages I have booked specify a brand - just that they are liter bottles.
  17. It had been varying. The current water package was just introduced. I’m curious what people have gotten since the new package started.
  18. Since you are considering doing an Uber, you can always do a Minnie Van from TTC to DS. It’s Disney’s private car service through Lyft.
  19. It should get more active when folks start getting their refunds and others still wait for theirs. Once everyone gets their refunds finally, this thread should get nice and quiet.
  20. I’ve been seeing it on our seas days for years - not just pockets of it, but miles and miles of it. I live in a beach community and it's been coming ashore for years. Not sure why this year it’s such a big deal.
  21. Yes but no. You have to “purchase” the one day package when you are onboard. But you “pay” for it using the coupon that is preloaded into your account. You also have the option of using the value of the coupon and applying it to a longer package onboard.
  22. It is one continuous 24 hour period from the time you start using it. So people spread it across “days” by starting a 9:00 on one day and then it ends a 8:59 the next day.
