Just need to put this out there. You seem to be focused on the Dream to be a smallish sized ship. It's pretty much the same size as the Vista class. It just has different features.
SOTS?.....as in Symphony? Since it's this late into the NHL postseason, I would expect at least Playmakers to have it on. They most likely will stream it through one of the ESPN channels.

It was a big factor as to why I cancelled my Carnival Magic NYC 4 nighter to Bermuda. All that inconvenience for 7.5 hours in port made it not worth it to us. (Sailed to Bermuda 5 times already too)
They had the platinum event on my Legend sailing in March. Though it didn't include finger foods and games w/prizes. Just drinks and the roll call for the ships in the fleet.
On today's Chris Wong YouTube page, he comments that after 1 week of shore leave, crew are not allowed off the ship port again. This is on the Ovation in Alaska.
With the extra-stringent cleaning procedures in between cruises, they need the previous passengers off earlier to accommodate for time to have the cabins/public areas ready according to the latest protocols.
