Didn't say it was a "real" taco. Just said it was better than Guys grease patty.
But if we're going down the road of "real" food from our native areas...I don't even want to talk about the stuff Carnival passes as "pizza". Worst I've ever had. But, at least the 40 minute long lines for it don't affect me.
I'm looking at booking an Odyssey interior cabin and couldn't help but notice that cabin 12623 seems larger than the neighboring interior cabins of the same category. Is it a handicapped accessible cabin?...is it actually larger?...is it just an optical illusion? Any insight is appreciated. TIA.
You'll be onboard during the NCAA football opening weekends. Let us know if they have any of the games on (whether it's the casino bar, or Red Frog). TIA
Did you spend any time in the casino, and in particular, the casino bar (Hat Trick bar). Were they showing anything besides European soccer and cricket?
In the meantime, people with RCL sailings in the next 4-6 weeks (like me) still have to make provisions for a PCR/rapid antigen test not knowing if we need to throw down a few hundred for something that won't be neccessary.
I have a couple of RCL insulated beer bags with shoulder straps that I bought a few years that I bring every cruise. On Oasis and Allure, they honored the 5 for 4 deal. But, on Symphony last November, they wouldn't do it......don't know why.
If that's the case, then that should presumably answer my question of whether they'll be showing the games onboard. And, I'd have to open a BetUSA account, though they've had quite a bit of customer service complaints in the past from what I've heard and seen.
They do this to minimize the use of paper and help the environment, but they'll still leave 3-5 pieces of paper with spa specials, jewelry sales, art auctions, where to shop in port, etc on a daily basis.
If it's 5 nights, Bermuda and NYC area departure you want, there's the Carnival Magic going out of Manhattan in Sept. for about $3,200 for 2 in a Grand Suite.
Just putting this out there. I sent an email to CCLSupport and this was the response:
Hello Mate,
It will depend on the satellite broadcasting and location of the ship. If we do have access, we we will have it on.
Cheers,
John
I've spent a sea day NFL Sunday or 3 doing this. It's only a $5 charge after the voucher and one gets about 4-4.5 pint glasses out of 1 pitcher. And my server places a baggie full of ice inside the pitcher after he or she pours my first glass to keep it cold.
