  1. The pricing is actually half of what it has been during "spring break" and "summer vacation" time. Anthem, November 26 and December 3 - $1799 (that's USD, of course)
  2. I like sitting by the steps on the right center side of Deck 5, about three rows up. 🙂
  3. Nassau has a brand new cruise terminal. You may enjoy exploring it. It is a HUGE improvement.
  4. Someone on that other social media site wanted to bring her 6 WEEK old infant on a cruise! 😮
  5. I didn't call it a story. I called it a joke. A JOKE.
  6. Agree. This is the current situation. 🙂
  7. Sure, no problem using your laminator. But like the space programs......................you can just use a couple of pieces of packing tape. 😄
  8. If you cruise on multiple lines, buy these. Large enough for others; RC still fit. Amazon.com | Highwind Cruise Luggage Tags for Suitcases | Cruise Accessories Must-Haves | Compatible w/All Cruise Lines | E-tag Holders Zip Seal&Steel Loops | ID Badge | Waterproof Clear Cruise Tags (8pk, Clear) | Luggage Tags
  9. Yes. But I, and most others, buy luggage tag holders on Amazon: Amazon.com | Royal Caribbean Luggage Tag Holders by Cruise On [4 Pack] Fits All Royal Caribbean Ships & Tags for Cruises in 2023 & 2024 | Luggage Tags
  10. This reminds me of the old old old joke. "When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion to develop a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on almost any surface, and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300 degrees Celsius. The Russians used a pencil." KISS - I write it in myself.
  11. After 3 eleven night cruises in January, they need to re-align the embarkation dates. They have 2 eight night cruises to get to Sunday departures.
  12. My watch takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'. Yep, I wear a Timex. Cheap and durable.
  13. The room is set up to have the beds' heads on the wall that is perpendicular to the door and the balcony door. There are outlets there. The lights are there. This really is a big problem for your cabin steward. I am SURE that he NEVER encountered anyone doing this before, and was flustered. I agree that there is not much space between separated beds on Quantum class ships. On one cruise, I woke up with my cabinmate's head on my pillow. But, she was always drunk, so there's that. But it really shouldn't have caused you deep pain or problems to just leave the &%#%* beds where they were. You were also blocking the balcony door. See how the beds are literally fitted into a specific space?
  14. @ChinaShrek - I am trying to picture what you did with the beds. Did you happen to take a photo?
  15. I am sorry that you were disappointed in your cruise. I thought I would address these comments: RC has gone to once a day cabin service, following NCL. I expect that Carnival will follow soon. There are never wine glasses in your cabin, unless you also have wine delivered. As you found out, when you ask, you get. (you could also have picked some up at any bar) You are not going to get ice unless you ask for ice. 🙂
  16. The booking system will only let you book it once. You can use the standby line for another visit.
  17. It's frustratingly intermittent. (we did Radiance, too, during her last visit. And Navigator and Serenade before that)
  18. Oh, goodness, I don't follow those monstrosity threads! 😄
  19. That's funny, because *I* missed it, too. 😄 And I haven't seen any discussion of it on here. I don't know about you, but I LOVE sailing out of NOLA. It's a great place to visit before and after a cruise, and it's lovely sailing down the river.
  20. On the Oasis last month, everyone got into the Comedy Club from the standby line. 🙂
  21. Discovery Princess out of Seattle. Just did it in May. Fabulous! Puppies in the Plaza!!!!!
