Newer ships don't have a dedicated Dance Club/Disco - late night crowd is dwindlinjg

Vista maybe a newer class but they also took a lot of things away to jam extra passengers on board. No dedicaqted bar, added 3 stories of rooms over the 5 story atrium, the downgraded auditorium. The Havana Aft Balcony on my recent cruise made it worth it but outside of the Havana I have been thoroughly unimpressed with the Vista on my two cruises. I'm sure it has a great amusement park but I could care less about that nonsense. The other pools on all Carnival ships are am embarassment which will keep me from sailing on Carnival.

Took the Big L against the Horney Toads today. We can play with these Top 25 teams on the road but can't make the big plays in clutch time.

I bet your right about cruise fares out of New Orleans but its kind of disappointing. I'd love to cruise more out of New Orleans if they had better ships. Much better port than Galveston where I usually cruise from, You can get a much better hotel in New Orleans than Galveston and pre-cruise festivities blow Galveston away.

yes but unfortunately my wrist band wasn't in the room when I arrived and couldn't get it straightened out until about 5:00. They gave me some BS excuse-that really didn't make much sense but considering the price of an Aft Balcony that was unacceptable. Finally got it straighted out at the Guest Services deck. I wonder if there is a "black market" for the wrist bands and someone got ahold of mine
