I am not sure what kind of android phone you have. I have buttons on the side on my S22 Ultra. All you need to do is restart the phone. On my phone once it is on I hold the smaller bottom button in for a few seconds. You should see power off, restart and emergency call buttons on the phone screen. Press the restart button until the phone goes black. The phone will restart for you.

I have to agree with you here. I brought my son and his GF on our NS cruise in February. They are in their early 30's. I thought for sure they would be bored to death. They said it was one of the best vacations they have ever had and now want to go on our Rotterdam cruise in November. To be honest I was stunned. They loved the music walk, the food and the ship in general. Everyone I talked to on the ship, and i talk to alot of people, were having a great time. The only complaint I heard consistently was the dining time in the MDR was way to long.

Usually it says based on availability in the fine print!

HAL's higher level players are being assigned executive hosts. As has been discussed here before as the ships are getting fuller the casino offers will start being less and less. I received an offer yesterday and one today. Yesterday for a single 21 day voyage and today for a dozen cruises or so.

Did you try rebooting the phone after the update?

I think with the ships getting fuller the casino offers will be less and less. HAL has just recently began assigning executive casino hosts to their top tier players so they don't fall through the cracks. This started within the last month or so.

It's more difficult as so many cards are cut out of the shoe but it is still the basic plus minus system.

There was a card counter at the BJ table on my cruise 3 weeks ago. The staff had no clue. He did not get greedy.

I was on the NS 3 weeks ago and between the 4 of us with the HIA package we never once saw a receipt and we had 40 drinks every day at least. We always tipped extra in cash if that made a difference.

On my last cruise on the NS a month ago the bar staff at the SeaView bar started at 9am other than one bartender who started at 7am. They took a break from 2pm to 4pm and then were back until midnight. I firmly believe HAL is still short staffed.

That is correct. There are a few benches on the promenade deck.

Shopping around the HAL site is critical. As posted previously I paid $382 for the HIA package for my 9 day upcoming Rotterdam cruise in Nov. The SBP alone is showing $477.36. On my 7 day cruise last month on the NS I could have upgraded to the premium internet package on embarkation day for $40.

It's been discussed on here several times in the past few months. I believe the change may be 3 to 4 months old. You are only charged the difference the cost of the drink you ordered and the $11 beverage cost.

I have never really given a hoot about 6/5 or 3/2. I do play the 3/2 though as I play higher limit tables. I had a nice run on the NS a few weeks ago cashing out $14,000 in 2 shoes. I did not get one blackjack. So there the payouts were irrelevant to me. Give me those double downs and splits.

Do the mariner discounts apply to any of the add ons? I have no clue. I will not eat in the Pinnacle.

And that is exactly the reason I will eat at Longhorn before I will eat at the Pinnacle. I will bet my last dollar that at the Longhorn you see people dressed in shorts, ripped jeans and t-shirts when the weather is warm.
