There have not been any Transpacific since 2019 so it will be difficult to find information re Chic nights.

There are 2 main airports serving Tokyo -- Narita and Haneda , so be careful with that choice Narita was 45/60 minute coach ride from our hotel and Haneda a quick taxi ride 10 minutes. This was April 2019. Yokohama port is 30 minutes minimum from Tokyo. When we did our trip we had a package from a travel agent which included cruise flights hotel and 3 days in Tokyo with a Bullitt train ride and trip to Mt Fuji, I think Viator may do similar 2/3 days in Tokyo.

I guess you are past final payt, is the agent offering suites to agent you booked with? I have just looked at 2 agents sites 1 has no suites and the other has a handicap sky suite (which would suggest no bath). Please ask the question if you ring them, also Celebrity is as you say showing no suite availability.

I would not bother with a Celebrity suite , Sky suite is nice with the perks

You could pick up your bourbon during your time out of your room and as long as you have ice —no problem . No need to bother anyone. Regarding the coffee you will normally get a jug of coffee with milk or cream on the side from room service.

There seem to be problems everywhere obtaining a new passport, in UK it is reported to take 10/12 weeks. We submitted our request on May 6th and both received by 21st May, so it seems to be luck of the draw. Admittedly we are not travelling till October 1st but we now have our passports.

We Brits tend to like our tea very hot which is sometimes difficult for PRH to do so a kettle gives us freedom to make our own when we want. Whether in RS or balcony we always request a kettle
